I just started watching Korra and I love it, absolutely fucking love it, looove it, can’t get enough.
But I am so sad because literally everyone I’ve ever talked to about Korra says it turns to complete shit eventually and that is the biggest goddamn shame. I don’t see how it could go from this beacon of goodness to trash so quickly. I’m not looking forward to discovering the truth for myself.
Season 2’s a huge mess, so prepare for a disappointment there, but Season 3 (the current season) has been super strong! They ditch or resolve most of the more annoying plot lines, they give everyone a clear goal to work towards, and Henry Rollins is, out of the clear blue sky, cast as a bad guy. And it totally works.
(And it certainly doesn’t hurt that 90% of the male cast is handsome as fuck.)
Me too, Dandy. Me. Too.

They’d usually book a room for a weekend near the middle of the month. We weren’t sure how they knew each other, never asked ‘em outright, but they always checked in together. The big one would silently lug around a single suitcase, the smaller one would do all the talking. Single room. Largest available bed.
They tipped well and they always left satisfied.
